Prayer
Prayer is a very important part of COL. Celebration of Life believes that there is power when we pray. It’s more than petitioning our requests to God but making our voices heard around the world, to bring salvation, deliverance and breakthrough to the lost, hurting and dying. Our prayers are beacons of faith and light, to be used to tear down the strong holds of the enemy in our city, nation, and the nations of the world.
We believe the power of life and death is in the tongue, so we declare and decree what God’s word says and it is established. We believe in equipping the generations in not only teaching them to pray, but in training them because the devil and hell are a very real factor, but OUR GOD IS MORE THAN ABLE TO GIVE US VICTORY IN EVERY AREA OF OUR LIVES. Our heart is to teach others to walk in boldness and confidence and to come BOLDLY before the throne, and believe when they pray it is done! |

Outreach
Outreach is a very important part of COL.
Currently COL has two outreach teams.
Thomas is leading a team of teens and young adults on thursday nights to minister out on the streets in a very controlled enviroment. This is a great place to learn what it is like to minister on the streets. This year we will be going to apartments, parks and several other places that have high numbers of teens who need to hear about Jesus.
Our second team is lead by Jeremy. This team is for 18 and up, and must be approved by Jeremy as well as one or all of our pastors. Everyone who wants to join this team must have completed or be attending our "Street Ministry" class.
We go to some extremely rough areas such as bars, pool halls, Mardigras, and many more.
If you are intersted please see Jeremy. |

Celebrate Kids
(Children's Church)
God has commissioned us to teach our children at an early age how to have a true relationship with Him, how to serve and worship Him. These children will in turn tell and teach their children those same principles as well. This will allow God's word to carry on from generation and generations to come. |
